Construction has been completed and staff have moved in to the new headquarters of Bewcon, a leading electrical and mechanical contractor in Thailand. The design is characterized by 2 thin parallel buildings that are connected by the main stairway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The arrangement of the office space emerged after studying various options based on the site conditions and user’s needs and way of work.  Compared to a typically wider and deeper floorplan, we proposed this solution because it had the possibility to provide more privacy by utilizing physical distance and separation of spaces.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, the users could still maintain visual connection to the overall organization.  This is helped by the developing a high degree of transparency for the building facades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
