Ignite Creative Ideas, Push Design Limits

Along with our recent move to our new studio location, Architectkidd has launched “SPARKLAB”. Sparklab will be a series of year-round design challenges to ignite ideas, push limits, and sharpen our creative edge. Our goals are to spark new perspectives with small scale projects and activities by exploring materials and approaches.

Our first Sparklab project is called a “Reversible Christmas”.

The goal is to craft a ‘tree’ that showcases innovation while maintaining its ability to return to its original components—emphasizing adaptability and circularity in design. For this project we worked with our current interns Kanthida Tassana and Thanat Jumpasri from the Architecture Department of Chiang Mai University to transform ordinary materials into an Christmas tree.

It’s an exercise in creativity, problem-solving, and sustainable design.

The project highlights Architectkidd’s commitment to fostering ingenuity and sustainability, even within small-scale, festive creations.
